I am an acupuncturist, mental health, a physical therapist that is new to Philadelphia from Boulder, CO and looking to meet people without expectations other than that and a conversation to start. I have been chased by a rhinoceros, drove an atv off a cliff in Greece and barely survived, started a nonprofit to deliver medical supplies to Cuba with U of M medical students in exchange for education in patient care, ran cross country and track in college marathons now, and have traveled to a little over thirty countries, workedlives in Nepal and India for a few years with an organization during the Maoist revolution to rescue people lives that were in danger to get them a safer place. Was born in Pittsburgh, call the D and Michigan as home, but also lived in Chicago, Baltimore, D.C., NOLA and CO most recently Im passionate about knowledge, education, intellectual conversation or conversation in general, health and fitness collegiate and marathon runner while also lifting heavy stuff at the gym when I can, I am dynamite in the kitchen, artist as a hobby acrylic, charcoal, pastel, voracious reader, and avid traveler. I dig philosophy, spoken word poetry, live music especially in smaller dive like places, mostly into jazz, hip hop rampb bluegrass blues, Tom Robbins is my favorite author and the Wire will always be one of my favorite shows. What else, do I need to show a dick pic or talk about my sexual interests up front to meet people on here I have those things but would rather not lead with that and decide individually mutually after connecting if that is within the nature of that relationship or if asked for. Plus, I value and prioritize other aspects of people than just the physical. I get along well with people, dont take things personally, and am comfortable with emotions, but am never really prone or respond to things that way. Pretty analytical, pragmatic, and empathetic. My Ideal Person I dont necessarily have an ideal person per se. There are things I like and dislike, but unique energy and spirit of a person often finds me liking or attracted to people that are different from me in their interests, beliefs, backgrounds. That is sort of the intrigue, magic, and mystery of meeting new people. Plus I like learning from and being challenged or pushed by people I acquaint with and value individuality independence in relationships.
